Johannes Ernst: I agree that inclusiveness is A Good Thing, which is why we've been going out of our way to ask everybody for input and, to a large extent, have gotten it (see Draft-002). But as David has pointed out, sometimes a white board is really necessary to make rapid progress and that's why we are doing this face-to-face meeting.
