Sect 6.2.1 - XRI resolution

In Section 6.2.1

The note currently reads "This specification does not require a Yadis Resource to resolve an XRI." It should say "Relying Party" (or Relying Party Agent) instead of Resource.

We don't want RPs to have to implement XRI resolution to be Yadis compliant. And what "Yadis Resources" do or don't do is out of scope.
