Rename X-Yadis-Location to X-XRDS-Location

Renaming X-Yadis-Location to X-XRDS-Location provides two benefits:

  • We have a name which is independent from the final user-aware protocol name (see Yadis Naming).
  • It makes more clear what kind of document we are referencing here, it is an XRDS, maybe even the one which would have been returned if a user had entered an i-name/XRI instead of the HTTP-URI, anyway it might include other elements not covered by the Yadis specification (the header/http-equiv meta becomes more "generic").\
